Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and persuasively.

* Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales over the phone.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

* Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer questions, objections, and feedback professionally.

* Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for campaign success.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer service preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluency in English and \[local language if applicable].

* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident on calls.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

* Education: Minimum 12th pass / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
