Job Description

Bachelors / Marketing / Supply chain, or related field.

Experience :

5-6 years of experience in BTL procurement or Marcom roles.
1-2 years of experience in handling Admin & Plant purchases (MRO, Opex)

Relevant/Additional Experience :

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba), Microsoft Office and Power Point.

Maintain and expand vendor base for ATL, BTL activities, events, activations, printing, gifting, POSM, Shop in Shop, Shop Branding etc.
Set and track productivity targets for recurring and non-recurring BTL spends.
Lead first-level negotiations and support final contracts closures.
Analyze past procurement data to optimize cost and vendor performance.
Stay updated on current practices and trends in ATL/BTL marketing, including competitor activity analysis.
Handling Admin & Plant purchases (MRO, Opex)
Evaluate and onboard new vendors, conduct capability assessments and infrastructures through site visits.
Scrutinize vendor registration documents and ensure compliance through Due Diligence
Discuss and finalize NDAs/MSAs to bridge any understanding gaps.
Maintain continuous focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) with existing vendors.
Provide support to other team members in procurement and vendor-related tasks irrespective of the Category.

Collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and contracts.
