Role & responsibilities Manage Top Brokers mapped to drive business. Maintain cordial relationship with all stakeholders at the mapped brokers to bring in commercial lines of business. Coordinate internally with Broking Team Leaders for conversion of proposals. Present risk related information on proposals to regional underwriters to drive effective and efficient terms and pricing on proposals to ensure conversion. Ensure Top of Mind Recall with profitable brokers on profitable business to drive both topline and bottom line Preferred candidate profile Channel management experience in the insurance industry for 8 years or more.
