Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nasik for a Manager: Branding | Masscom | Advertising | Digital Marketing. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our branding, mass communication, advertising, and digital marketing efforts. You will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and increase awareness. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

Sound working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube & other viral media is essential. Additional knowledge of Photoshop / Corel draw is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in branding, mass communication, advertising, or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
