Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Manager-B.D (Govt Projects & International Relations) at Stemz Healthcare. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing government projects, managing international relations, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships with partners and stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in business development, preferably in government or tender-based projects
• Business Development, Government Projects, and International Relations skills
• Strong strategic planning, and project management abilities
• Excellent Personality ,communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
