Job Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Manager in the CEOs Office to drive performance tracking, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing priorities, and enabling fast, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring

- Track key business metrics and team KPIs across verticals

- Build and manage dashboards for business reviews

- Drive goal-setting and accountability frameworks (e.g., OKRs, scorecards)

Strategic Projects

- Execute initiatives across lending, insurance, wealth, Securities Market etc.

- Conduct market and internal research to support decision-making

- Coordinate cross-functional projects and special pilots

Leadership Support

- Prepare internal updates, board decks, and investor presentations

- Drive follow-ups and ensure closure on key action items

- Liaise with key partners, internal stakeholders, and external institutions

Candidate Profile:

- 2–5 years in strategy, consulting, founder’s office, or high-growth startup

- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

- High ownership, bias for action, and ability to work in ambiguity

- Prior exposure to fintech/financial services is a plusRole & responsibilities
