Manager - Assurance Services - BFSI

Company Description Gokhale & Sathe Chartered Accountants is a Mumbai-based firm offering a wide range of Assurance and Advisory Services. We are a team of 13 partners, total strength of over 200 and having offices in Mumbai, Pune, and Jaipur. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager in Assurance Services within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing assurance engagements for clients in the BFSI industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. The role involves working closely with clients to provide high-quality assurance services and contributing to the growth and success of the firm. The candidate will have to multi-task and manage a team of approx. 8-10 people across 2-3 assignments at a given point. Prior experience of exposure to BFSI is not mandatory but preferred. Remuneration will be based on experience and industry standards. Qualifications Chartered Accountant - Mandatory Other professional certification such as ACCA, DISA, CISA, CIA will be considered favourably Understanding of Audit, Assurance, and BFSI Services regulations Reasonable communication and leadership abilities Experience in managing client relationships Ability to work effectively in a team environment Readiness to adapt to changing landscape in the domains of Regulations, AI, Data Analytics etc. Show more Show less
