Job Description

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with CFO function key stakeholders
Conduct needs assessments by asking insightful questions and documenting finance process pain points
Design and present solution blueprints that integrate RPA, AI/ML, Data Analytics, ERP such as SAP, Oracle, and database technologies
Manage & author RFP responses, prepare and deliver product/service demonstrations
Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and detailed solution-design artifacts
Collaborate closely with client IT teams on technical integration and implementation considerations
Mentor and guide a team of 2-4 techno-functional resources
Travel to client site as required

Qualifications

5+ years of techno-functional consulting or similar experience
bachelors or masters degree; CA, MBA, or equivalent finance/technology background preferred
Fundamental understanding of Python basics, RPA, AI/ML, Data Analytics, SAP, Oracle, and database concepts (no hands-on coding required)
Proven track record of leading small teams (2-4 resources) to deliver client solutions
Decent PowerPoint presentation skills and strong written communication
