Manager/ Asst Manager- Mobility

Purpose of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning:

  Develop and implement the plan, including short-term and long-term goals, to ensure business growth through new client acquisition, while maintaining the desired profitability and market competitiveness.

• Business Development:

  Identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base, develop new markets, and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, such as hotels, travel agencies, and corporate clients.

• Sales and Marketing:

  Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract customers. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt the business approach accordingly.

• Performance Reporting:

  Share all reports as mandated by reporting Manager on daily/ weekly / monthly as per set frequency for review. He will be responsible for achieving the assigned Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets

• Customer Relationship Management

  : Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Compliance:

  Follow the set process of Executing Customers Agreements.

Education Qualification(s)

MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing would be advantageous.

Relevant Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Car Rental/transportation/logistics / hospitality industry.
