Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. He/she will be responsible for doing back end activities of HR Operations as per employee Life cycle.

2. He/she will be responsible for doing back end from onboarding till exit

3. He /She will be responsible for time management & payroll management

4. He/She will be responsible for handling performance management process (goal setting, appraisee assessment, appraiser assessment, reviewer assessment & banding)

5. He/She will be responsible for training & development activities (capturing needs to execution of the same).

6. He/She will be responsible for making sure all HR Compliances met for all the institutions.

7. He/She will be responsible for generating MIS pertaining to employees as and when management requires.
