Job Brief:

Webinar Operations and Strategy Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Webinar Operations Management:

• Maintain and update the webinar calendar, including dates, and set up Zoom IDs and landing page links.
• Prepare engaging and informative webinar slide decks and coordinate with speakers for dry-runs/suggestions and improvements
• Hosting webinars as and when required as per Simplilearn guidelines
• Generate performance reports to measure webinar effectiveness.
• Collate and analyze webinar attendees and poll reports.
• Create and ensure timely communication of webinar attendee certificates and session recordings.

• Speaker Onboarding & Outreach:

• Identify and onboard relevant industry experts for webinars through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Coordinate with potential speakers, communicate requirements, and finalize engagements.

• Webinar Content & Publishing:

  Upload the landing page content and publish it after quality checks as per Simplilearn best practices.

• Process Optimization & Ownership:

• Identify areas for improvement in webinar operations and implement solutions.
• Ensure all operational workflows run smoothly and efficiently.

• Have a Proactive & Adaptive Approach:

• Take on additional responsibilities based on workload and team priorities.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges and ensure high-quality execution of all webinar-related tasks.
