Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage both tangible assets (Property, Plant, Equipment) and intangible assets of TTDI in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
Conduct physical verification of all TTDI fixed assets.
Review Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) to ensure proper tracking and completion.
Assess asset utilization to optimize operational efficiency.
Execute and oversee asset disposal processes.
Approve asset-related documentation including commissioning, disposal, transfer, and other certificates.
Facilitate training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong management and leadership capabilities
Sound knowledge of plant and machinery
Effective teamwork and coordination skills
Familiarity with ERP implementation

Location: Rudraram, Hyderabad

Experience: 12-18 Years experience

Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation (Any Discipline)

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing
