Role Overview: As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary objective is to provide technical support to sales, business development, and Segment sales team in application understanding and development. Your role will involve close coordination with Integrated Solution Providers (ISPs) to build the skill of their team. You will be responsible for handling all L1 support related activities for the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: - Provide training to existing and new ISPs on product understanding, product handling, and key applications. - Conduct Train the trainer programs for STC to help them prepare training modules. - Coordinate for the appointment, training, and specific support needs of local service centers. - Conduct application meets. - Prepare technical guidelines for various applications such as fan, pump, compressor, crane CT, LT, hoist, conveyor, etc. - Develop new applications in collaboration with Sales/ISP. - Deliver product presentations and demonstrations at End users, OEMs, and consultants. - Support sales and service teams in project specification compliance. Qualifications Required: - Must be a Graduate Engineer with 8-12 years of experience in site execution of automation projects involving VFD, PLC, HMI, and SCADA. - Experience in project execution in segments like WWW, MMM, Chemical, F&B, Textile as Technical support/Service support/Project Engineer. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and document processes. - Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
