Job Description

Key Skills: Machine Learning, Power BI, Python, Tableau Roles and Responsibilities: Translate business risks, controls, and operational processes into analytic requirements and drive the development of effective data solutions and insights Manage multiple audit analytics projects of varying complexity across different business areas and geographies Link analytics to ongoing strategic initiatives, enabling business-aware, forward-looking risk insights Apply advanced algorithms and machine learning models to identify patterns, anomalies, and predictive trends across structured and unstructured data Write, debug, and deploy machine learning code using tools such as Python, PySpark, Apache Spark Prototype and simulate use cases to evaluate effectiveness of analytical models Leverage visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights and tell compelling data-driven stories Collaborate closely with audit managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure analytics are relevant and actionable Contribute to ongoing R&D efforts to evaluate and adopt cutting-edge analytics methodologies and technologies Provide subject matter expertise to upskill team members and support knowledge sharing Skills Required: 3-4+ years of experience in data analytics or machine learning in a corporate environment Strong technical proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, nltk, etc.) and SQL/HiveQL Experience with big data environments and tools (e.g., Apache Spark, PySpark) Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI Hands-on experience with advanced analytics techniques including machine learning, forecasting, clustering, and pattern recognition Ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and drive business outcomes Exceptional storytelling, data presentation, and visualization skills Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail Familiarity with financial services processes, customer behavior analytics, and related regulatory frameworks is highly preferred Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Education: Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
