Role & responsibilities:

• We are seeking a skilled

  Manager Operational Technology & Automation

  to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of automation solutions across projects and operations.
• This role will focus on automation systems, sensor/IoT integration, command & control centers, operational dashboards, project controls, and ERP integration.
• The incumbent will play a key role in converting operational data into actionable insights to enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the organization.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation systems, sensors, and IoT-based solutions across operational sites.
• Develop and support command & control centers, including real-time monitoring systems and operational dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project controls, reporting, and ERP system integration.
• Analyze operational and project data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support implementation of digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams for adoption of new automation and technology solutions.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and cybersecurity awareness in deployed OT systems.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Professionals with

  5 - 8 years of experience

  in

  Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Automation, or Digital Operations

  .
• Candidates with hands-on exposure to

  PLC, SCADA/HMI, sensors, IoT/IIoT systems

  , and

  control room / command & control center operations

  .
• Experience in

  construction, mining, infrastructure, bulk material handling, or industrial projects

  will be strongly preferred.
• Candidates who have worked on

  ERP integration (SAP / Oracle or similar)

  with operational or project workflows.
• Professionals with experience in building

  operational dashboards, KPIs, and real-time monitoring systems

  using tools like

  Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana

  .
• Individuals with exposure to

  project controls, reporting, and operational performance metrics

  .
• Candidates who can

  travel to project sites

  and work closely with on-ground teams.
• Applicants with knowledge of

  predictive maintenance, digital transformation initiatives, or industrial cybersecurity

  will have an added advantage.
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

  are essential.
