Manager / AM - Global Mobility - Human Resource Operations

As a Global Mobility Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various international assignments, U.S. domestic transfers, inbound/outbound relocations, and permanent workforce transfers. You will lead year-end processes, including wage reporting and communication with assignees, as well as support employee localization activities. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate home and host employment data and documentation. In addition to the above, you will be expected to lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous learning. You will also support capability development and workforce planning initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities for automation and simplification, participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), change assessments, and system documentation updates, as well as strengthening controls to improve accuracy and process efficiency. Furthermore, you will lead compliance reviews, audits, and remediation actions, ensuring vendor and statutory compliance. You will be required to maintain audit-ready records and uphold strong risk governance standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field - Proven experience in global mobility operations with leadership responsibilities - Strong HR systems experience for workforce data management - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work onsite 5 days a week (client-shift schedule) Preferred Skills: - Experience working in multinational environments - Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving ability - Experience using workflow/ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under timelines,
