Manager - Admissions

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Admissions to manage our student enrollment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing admissions strategies, handling inquiries, guiding prospective families, and ensuring a smooth and positive admissions experience aligned with the school’s values.

Brief Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies

• Manage the end-to-end admissions process, including inquiries, campus tours, assessments, and enrollments

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on admission trends

• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to promote the school’s programs

• Data Management and Reporting

Requirements:

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate

• 5–6 years of experience in school admissions or related field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
