Manager - Admissions

Job Description: As an experienced professional with 4-6 years of experience, including team management skills, you will be responsible for owning and running the admissions process for one of the programs at Mesa. Working closely with the Admissions Director team, you will formulate and execute strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of Jr. and Sr. Associates to align outcomes with strategic objectives, providing guidance as needed - Developing and managing robust processes, SOPs, and trackers to facilitate smooth operational functions, ensuring accurate and efficient data reporting and analysis - Creating various marketing, communications, and sales initiatives to boost awareness and conversion rates - Supervising all outreach initiatives, partnerships, and events (both online and offline) to generate top-of-the-funnel leads Your skill set should include: - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly customer-facing interactions - Proficiency in working with data - Ability to build and manage a team effectively - Strategic thinking coupled with operational excellence - High degree of ownership and accountability - Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking abilities What can you expect You can look forward to a great work environment that offers significant ownership, autonomy, and a strong focus on achieving outcomes.
