Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Accounts& Audit provisioning Monthly closure of books and booking of provisions. Liasioning with Statutory auditors for annual accounts. Co-ordination with internal auditors for quarterly audits Statutory Compliance Handling Compliance under GST Monthly/Annual. Handling Compliance under Income Tax. Handling Compliance under RBI and FEMA. AR, AP banking & fund management Monitoring Accounts receivable and maintaining hygiene in booking. Monitoring Accounts Payable and releasing vendor payment as per due date. Liasioning with Bankers and adhering to the data request of bankers. Managing funds and preparing Cash flow bi-monthly for review. Subsidiary accounts & Consolidation Handling end to end Accounting and Compliances of Subsidiary company in Bangladesh. Handling Banking payments of Bangladesh Subsidiary. Preparing Consolidation Accounts of India and Bangladesh Subsidiary Company. MIS Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decision-making. Generate P&L statements, balance sheets, and variance reports. Develop dashboards and presentations for senior management. Accounting & Financial Operations: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits. Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts, including vendor payments and customer invoices. Monitor and report on company expenditures and budget variances. Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities. Track financial performance against forecasts and highlight deviations. Reporting to Finance Controller & Head Business Partnering Desired Skills and Competency Thorough knowledge of IND AS and accounting policies and procedures Knowledge of GST, Income Tax & other allied laws Knowledge of SAP B1 MS Excel Team Management & Stakeholder Management skills Non Disclosure Note: The intellectual property contained in this document is restricted between the intended recipient to whom the document has been forwarded and is deemed confidential and protected by law.
