Manager Accounts & Finance

As an Assistant Manager in Accounts & Finance for the Testing Analytics Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. - Managing and preparing detailed cash flow reports, tracking daily cash activities, and maintaining cash records. - Handling the process related to Letters of Credit, including issuance, amendments, and settlement processes. - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and financial reports. - Handling tax-related tasks, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations. - Ensuring accurate and timely recording of tax-related entries in accounting systems. - Ensuring all accounting records are accurately maintained and prepared for audits. - Managing and mentoring junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. - Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards within the industry. Key Requirements: - Minimum 12 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the Testing Analytics or related industries. - Strong experience in BRS, Cash MIS, LC, Balance Sheet preparation, and Taxation. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations. - Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various departments and external auditors. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
