Management Training Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Training Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Management Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful soft skills and corporate training programs.

Must Have Qualifications

• BBA or MBA (certification in Training & Development is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in corporate training or facilitation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools and virtual training platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Analytical skills for conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness
• Experience in Training and Management Development
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a training or development role preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and other training software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on communication, leadership, teamwork, and professional development.
• Assess training needs and customize content for diverse audiences.
• Create training materials, including presentations and e-learning content.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and refine courses based on feedback.
• Collaborate with teams to align training with organizational goals.
