The Dugout Co. is the sports vertical of Empower Events, a 25-year-old leader in corporate event management. We specialize in sports talent management, sports content creation including documentaries, and sports event management such as conclaves and masterclasses.

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee at The Dugout Co., you will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing sports division. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the vibrant world of sports and corporate events. Based on your skills, interests, and performance during the training period, you will be allocated to one of two key functional areas:

• Sales & Client Servicing: Engage with corporate clients, manage relationships, promote our sports talent and event services, and help deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Content Development & Digital Marketing: Create compelling sports content, support documentary projects, manage digital campaigns, and contribute to the development and management of our website and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

For Sales & Client Servicing Trainees:

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sports talent and event teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in proposal preparation and pitch presentations.

For Content Development & Digital Marketing Trainees:

• Research and create engaging sports-related content across platforms.
• Support video and documentary production efforts.
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in website content updates, SEO, and performance tracking.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or post-graduate in any discipline.
• Passion for sports and an understanding of corporate environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and eagerness to learn new digital marketing tools (for content/digital marketing track).
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
