About the Role:-

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee Strategic Business Initiatives & Growth to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role is designed to groom future leaders in our organization, offering structured training and exposure to multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Support the sales and marketing teams in lead generation, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to support business development initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and rotational assignments to understand various aspects of the business.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and business metrics.
• Contribute creative ideas for business growth, customer engagement, and brand development.
• Handle client queries and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation:

• MBA/PGDM (preferably in Marketing, Sales, or International Business or any Discipline) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 year of experience may apply.

Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and research abilities to understand market dynamics.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
