Management Trainee-Store Management & Business Development

As a Sales Assistant in our jewellery store, you will be responsible for supporting senior sales staff in various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting senior sales staff with customer interactions, product presentations, and closing sales. - Learning about our jewellery collections, including materials, design elements, and pricing, to better assist customers. - Developing strong relationships with new and existing clientele, understanding their needs, and exceeding expectations. - Contributing to achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas by actively participating in sales activities. - Staying informed about current jewellery trends, competitor activity, and market demands to provide valuable insights. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to sales strategies. - Monitor and streamline store operations to ensure efficiency. Qualifications required for this role: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor. - Eagerness to learn and a passion for the jewellery industry. - Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to building rapport. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
