As a Sales Associate in our jewellery store, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with customer interactions, conducting product presentations, and closing sales. You will be expected to familiarize yourself with our jewellery collections, including materials, design elements, and pricing, in order to provide detailed information to customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clientele will be essential, as well as exceeding their expectations to drive sales. To contribute to the success of our store, you will be required to actively work towards achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas. Staying up-to-date on current jewellery trends, competitor activities, and market demands will also be part of your role. Your insights and contributions to sales strategies during team meetings will be highly valued. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring and streamlining store operations to ensure efficiency. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, alongside a professional and engaging demeanor. A genuine eagerness to learn and a passion for the jewellery industry will set you apart. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, build rapport, work both independently and as part of a team, and manage your time effectively will be crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location will be in person.
