Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainee to join our dynamic team. This internship offers exposure to multiple departments, giving a holistic understanding of how a growing organization operates. Based on performance, candidates may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different departments to support daily operations.
• Assist in planning and executing internal projects and initiatives.
• Support training, development, and documentation tasks.
• Coordinate team communications and ensure smooth workflow.
• Participate in reviews and contribute to process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Postgraduate (any stream).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English (Kannada preferred).
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Male candidates preferred.

Compensation

• Internship Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Post-Confirmation CTC: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (based on performance)
