Management Trainee, Sales

As a Sales professional, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a home tech startup that is experiencing rapid growth at 300% y-o-y. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities and generating sales for the company's solar offerings. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading retail sales for Solar products in your assigned region through retailers/distributors - Generating sales-ready meetings and qualified opportunities through rigorous prospecting and market research - Initiating conversations with relevant personas of companies to drive sales-ready meetings and opportunities - Introducing the company and its products to prospects to build a sales funnel - Writing creative communications (emails/Inmails) to attract prospects" attention - Ideating and innovating methods to improve solar sales - Engaging in outbound activities in a highly professional manner - Collaborating closely with Marketing to develop campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity - Participating in marketing campaigns and events To excel in this role, you should have 0-1 years of prior sales experience in a similar industry, knowledge of MS Office, excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
