Designation: Management Trainee

Education: MBA/PGDM Marketing

Experience- 0-1 Year

Role Summary

The position holder will support business functions through research, coordination, analysis, and execution of assigned tasks. They will assist managers in day-to-day operations, contribute ideas for process improvement, and gain hands-on exposure to functional responsibilities across departments.

Competencies / Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal ability
Learning agility and adaptability to dynamic work environments

Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with data
