Management Trainee - IT Integrator

Role & responsibilities

• Apply foundational TCP/IP networking knowledge to support configuration of protocols and

services for ELV systems and SROC applications under senior guidance.

• Assist in designing, planning, and implementing Windows Server environments for ELV and

SROC integrations, ensuring compatibility with security applications.

• Support installation and configuration of physical servers (e.g., HP, IBM, Cisco) and virtual

servers (e.g., VMware) to enable ELV systems and SROC analytics platforms.

• Contribute to design, integration, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems (CCTV, access

control, fire alarms, communication networks) using platforms like Genetec Security Center,

Milestone XProtect, LenelS2 OnGuard, AMAG Symmetry, and VideoExpert, under supervision.

• Assist in troubleshooting databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle) for ELV systems and SROC to support

real-time analytics and reporting.

• Support integration and modification of IT systems for ELV applications (CCTV, access control,

fire alarms, public address systems) and SROC operations, using equipment like servers, RAID

hardware, routers, LAN switches, firewalls, and wired/wireless transmission systems.

• Apply basic knowledge from training or prior exposure to networked IT systems (e.g., storage

arrays, Windows servers, Cisco switches) to assist in ELV SITC and SROC functionality.

• Participate in System Integration, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) for ELV systems,

ensuring integration with SROC platforms under senior oversight.

• Assist in conducting acceptance testing for ELV and SROC systems to verify functionality and

support customer approval processes.

• Support implementation of backup and recovery strategies for ELV and SROC platforms to

ensure data integrity and system uptime.

• Collaborate with SROC teams to learn and assist in integrating AI and machine learning tools

for security analytics and threat detection.
