Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for potential countries and partners. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for global business reviews. Support in identifying new business opportunities in overseas markets. Help in building distributor/partner networks and tracking performance. Coordinate with regulatory and export compliance teams to ensure smooth market entry. Liaise with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, legal, R&D) to ensure alignment with international business goals. Work closely with product teams to tailor offerings for international markets. Lead or support key international projects and initiatives driven by the CEO. Track KPIs, manage timelines, and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives. Monitor trends in international markets and share actionable insights with the leadership. Benchmark global best practices and suggest innovations for scaling international business.
