Management Trainee Talent Acquisition

full-time on-site role

Key Responsibilities

Support the HR team in
end-to-end recruitment
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to
process improvement initiatives
within the Talent Acquisition function.
Participate in
campus drives, employer branding
, and other HR engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

PGDM or Masters degree in HR / Management or related field.
Strong
understanding of the recruitment cycle, stakeholder management, and HR processes
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn
with a strong sense of ownership.
Must be
ready to join immediately
.
Willingness to travel
and work at our
Ranjangaon (Pune) plant
daily (this is not a hybrid or remote role).
