We are inviting applications for the role of

Management Trainee/Assistant Manager - Data Management and Operations

, with a focus on

All boarding

(onboarding and offboarding processes). This position requires an experienced leader who can manage both day-to-day operations and data-related processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences

Responsibilities

  1. Team Supervision:

    • Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance.

    • Monitor team performance metrics, ensuring the achievement of defined service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  2. Data Operations:

Oversee data management processes related to the onboarding and offboarding functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to organizational quality standards.

Resolve complex data issues in a timely manner and handle escalations effectively.

Collaborate with the HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and synchronization across various systems.

  1. Compliance and Process Improvement:

    • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and company policies.

    • Conduct audits, data quality checks, and SOP governance for All-boarding operations

    • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

    • Partner with client and internal teams to implement process improvements initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, or related field. Relevent years of experience in data management with relevent year in a leadership role.

  • Familiarity with HCM tool - SuccessFactors is required

Proficient in data, analytics and insights :

  • Deep understanding of HCM data, analytical skills are preferred

  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving process improvements.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
