Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee:
This role is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end Performance Management and Compensation Administration processes. This includes facilitating performance appraisal launches, coordinating goal-setting activities, and ensuring timely completion of employee performance reviews. The position involves performing UAT activities based on customer-provided scenarios, generating reports and dashboards to track review completion, and monitoring progress on individual and executive development plans.
The incumbent will also support Compensation Administration by providing relevant data for market surveys, processing salary changes, preparing compensation and bonus letters, and coordinating with payroll for incentive payouts. Additionally, the role ensures data accuracy, compliance with policy guidelines, and timely communication with managers and employees throughout the performance and compensation cycles.
Responsibilities
1)Performance Management & Goal Setting:
.Support the launch of performance appraisal and goal-setting cycles in alignment with the organization's calendar..Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in test/live environments based on customer-provided scenarios and scripts..Coordinate with managers and employees to ensure completion of performance reviews within defined timelines..Send periodic reminders and communications to employees and managers to complete reviews..Generate reports and dashboards to track performance review completion and progress..Monitor and report employee progress on individual and executive development plans..Provide reports to HR Business Partners or leadership on succession planning and development progress.
2)Compensation Administration:
.Support annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and incentive processes..Provide supporting data to complete market surveys requested by vendors and/or HR Business Partners..Generate and validate reports to support compensation data cleanup and reconciliation..Track employees returning from leave of absence to ensure missed merit increases are processed accurately..Process salary changes in accordance with the company's policies and procedures..Generate salary change letters and distribute them to employees using approved templates..Prepare and share bonus inputs with the payroll team for processing per defined guidelines..Distribute bonus and incentive letters to respective managers for employee communication.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualification.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field..3-7 years of progressive experience Performance Management, Compensation Management HR Operations or Shared Services..Hands-on experience with HCM, Case management systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Oracle)..Experience working in a global or USA or multi-country HR environment preferred..Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process.Strong understanding of performance management and compensation processes for US and other global countries.Excellent Excel and reporting skills experience with dashboards and data validation..Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality..Effective communication and coordination skills with stakeholders at all levels with excellent written and spoken English to manage US customers.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends..Transformation mindset to bring in continuous improvement.
