As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training across different departments such as Retail Operations, Merchandising, Sales, HR, and Supply Chain to gain hands-on exposure to the fashion & apparel industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a long-term career with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and support day-to-day operations across assigned departments
• Assist managers in projects, reporting, and coordination
• Participate in training programs designed to build leadership and functional skills
• Gain exposure to customer service, sales, and back-end operations
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to the team

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the fashion industry
