Project Role: Management Trainee
Project Role Description: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join us as Management Trainees. This role is designed to nurture talent with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and a continuous learning attitude. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain exposure across databases, application development, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise platforms.

Communication & Learning:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Technical Fundamentals:

Strong knowledge of SQL and a good understanding of database fundamentals.
Familiarity with Oracle platform and RDBMS concepts.
Good programming knowledge in Python.
Exposure to AI solutions such as AI Agents and Agentic AI.
Familiarity with APIs and integration across applications.
Knowledge of any JavaScript framework (React, Angular, etc.) is an added advantage.
Exposure to low-code/no-code application development platforms such as Oracle APEX, Power Apps, etc., is an added advantage.
