Job Description

Assist in implementing visual merchandising standards across departments as per brand guidelines.
Support in planning and execution of seasonal/window displays, store layout changes, and product focal points.
Coordinate with store operations and marketing team for visual promotions, campaigns, and events.
Conduct regular floor walks and VM audits to ensure compliance with VM SOPs.
Track competitor displays and provide timely inputs for innovation.
Assist in the preparation and rollout of VM plans during key seasons (EOSS, Festive, etc.).
Work on planogram creation and execution under the guidance of the VM Manager.
Collaborate with store staff to ensure proper maintenance and replenishment of VM elements.
Learn to analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve visual display impact.
