Management Representative (MR) – ISO Audit Coordination

• Serve as the official Management Representative for ISO audits and QMS matters.
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up.
• Maintain and update ISO documentation (quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.).
• Liaise with certification bodies and external auditors for surveillance and recertification audits.
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Organize and lead Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Monitor KPI/quality objectives and report findings to top management.
• Promote awareness of customer and statutory/regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate cross-functional quality improvements.
• Provide training and awareness on ISO requirements to internal teams and new employees.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
