Management Representative

Role Purpose

To establish, implement, and maintain integrated management systems (IMS) across Quality, Environment, Health & Safety covering ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. This role is key in ensuring operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• ISO System Management:

  Lead implementation and periodic review of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards across the plant.

• Documentation & SOP Control:

  Develop, update, and control SOPs, manuals, work instructions, forms, and checklists. Ensure version control and compliance with documentation protocols.

• Internal Audits:

  Plan and coordinate internal audits across all departments. Identify non-conformities and ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Management Review Meetings (MRMs):

  Organize periodic MRMs with plant leadership. Prepare agenda, circulate reports, and drive action item closures.

• IMS Training & Awareness:

  Conduct awareness programs for plant personnel on IMS policies, procedures, and changes in ISO standards.

• Compliance Coordination:

  Collaborate with EHS, QC, Production, and HR teams to ensure integrated compliance readiness.

• Third-Party Audits:

  Coordinate with external certification bodies and clients for surveillance audits, re-certification, and compliance verification.

• IMS Performance Monitoring:

  Track and report KPIs related to quality, safety, environment, and system adherence on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Qualifications Education:

• Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Environment-related fields
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001(Mandatory)

Experience:

• 58 years in IMS coordination roles in manufacturing, chemical, or process industries
• Proven experience in managing QHSE documentation and audits end-to-end
