Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Intern role based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The Management Intern will support operational and administrative tasks, assist in planning and executing events and workshops, conduct research, and coordinate with stakeholders like students, educators, and partner institutions. They will also contribute to marketing initiatives, help develop new projects, and provide logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of ISWII programs.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills to assist in event planning, workshop coordination, and managing operational tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, educators, and partner institutions.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and develop innovative strategies for project execution and profile building programs.
• Strategic marketing, social media management, and promotion skills to support outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts.
• Teamwork and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful program implementation and address challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent, with a strong interest in education, profile building, or event management; prior internship or similar experience is a plus.
• Passion for education, cultural exchange, and supporting the professional growth of students and young learners.
