JOB DESCRIPTION Operational & Social Media Intern (Remote)

Location: Delhi

The Creative Nose is looking for a dynamic Operational Intern who can manage social media tasks, drive lead conversions, assist in content, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you're someone who loves learning, communicating, and creating, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Assist in handling social media accounts (basic strategy & monitoring)

Make outbound calls for lead conversion and follow-ups

Work on sales pitches, communication decks & proposals

Support the team with content writing, captions, research, and planning

Maintain basic Excel sheets and operational documents

Coordinate daily tasks across internal teams and clients

Can use Canva or basic editing tools

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in social media or operations

Strong English communication & interpersonal skills

Comfortable calling clients and handling lead conversions

Basic knowledge of Excel / Sheets

Proactive, responsible & willing to learn

Bonus Skills

Canva or editing apps

Basic knowledge of marketing, branding or social platforms.
