Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with managers and board members to help run programs for women entrepreneurs.
• Set up meetings and appointments for the team and make sure everyone knows when and where to meet.
• Help share information and keep communication smooth between different people in the organization.
• Make phone calls to connect with important people and partners.
• Help keep track of what is discussed in meetings and follow up to make sure tasks are done.
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who speaks and writes clearly, and is comfortable talking to senior leaders.
• Good at organizing schedules and making sure things happen on time.
