Management Information System Executive

As the Manager M&E and Documentation at Samvedna Development Society for the IRDP Project in Rajnangaon Pol Village, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Collect and verify project-related data from field staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Compile, organize, and analyze data in prescribed formats; make corrections wherever required. - Prepare and share periodic progress reports with the Head Office and Donor organization. - Manage project records, documentation, and filing systems, including maintaining field photographs. - Coordinate daily with the Head Office for documentation, reporting, and related communication. - Train and support field staff on documentation standards, reporting requirements, and record management. - Ensure smooth office management and timely submission of all project deliverables. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis, and Reporting. - Strong skills in documentation, report writing, and data analysis. - Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken). - Immediate joiners preferred. - Preference for candidates from local areas or those willing to relocate/travel daily to Rajnangaon Pol Village. Please note that the compensation for this position is between 15,000 to 16,000 per month (negotiable, higher package may be offered based on skills and experience).,
