Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Consultant & Trainer based in Ernakulam. The Management Consultant & Trainer will be responsible for providing consulting services, conducting business process assessments, developing business improvement strategies, delivering training sessions, and offering financial and analytical insights to help clients optimize their operations. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, analyzing business data, developing actionable plans, and giving presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting services
• Proficiency in Business Process assessment and improvement strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field is a plus
