Overview:

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with a background in top-tier consulting. They bring a balance of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving, with demonstrated experience in building use cases, testing business scenarios, and critiquing ideas with precision. Candidates at Analyst level and above are welcome, provided they demonstrate the ability to work independently and, when required, to guide or collaborate effectively with peers.

What You will Work On:

• Develop realistic business scenarios that account for both strategic and operational factors
• Design structured use cases and consulting-style frameworks to address business challenges
• Solve business case studies and scenario-driven problems with clarity and rigor
• Critique proposed solutions, providing structured feedback on assumptions, logic, and clarity
• Lead small teams when required, ensuring alignment and rigor in outcomes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) in a strategy consulting role.
• Strong analytical capability with demonstrated skill in structuring ambiguous problems
• Creative mindset for developing scenarios and frameworks beyond standard templates
• Clear and concise communication skills for both written and verbal outputs
• Ability to take ownership of workstreams and drive outcomes independently

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required:

  at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST. (We have 2 options of time commitment: 20 hrs/week or 40 hrs/week)

• Engagement type:

  Contractor assignment/freelancer (no medical/paid leave)

• Duration of contract:

  6 months
