Management Associate

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Associate to support our daily operations, placement activities, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with a proactive approach to handling responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 20 – 25 years
• Experience: Fresher
• Gender: Male candidates preferred
• Must be able to drive both bike and car (Valid driving license required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the management team in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support placement and training activities for students.
• Maintain data, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Visit partner institutions, clients, or field locations when required.
• Handle student or client queries professionally and promptly.
• Assist in organizing events, drives, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Management, or related preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹7,993.60 - ₹15,071.31 per month
