Managed Services Lead

As a Managed Services Lead at ProcDNA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end delivery of Managed Services for multiple client engagements. Your responsibilities will include leading a large team of cross-functional resources, driving project governance, and ensuring seamless execution aligned with business outcomes. Here are the key areas you will be focusing on: **Role Overview:** You will lead and manage the delivery of Managed Services, provide strategic direction, and oversee workforce planning and resource deployment. Additionally, you will be responsible for project governance, KPI tracking, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive service excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end delivery of Managed Services across multiple client engagements - Lead a large team of data engineers, analysts, reporting specialists, and technical leads - Drive project governance, track KPIs, and ensure risk mitigation and issue resolution - Oversee solution design and implementation across Reporting, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis initiatives - Build and scale a Data Engineering and Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize delivery practices - Define capability development roadmap, training structures, and introduce automation and accelerators for enhanced productivity **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis & Reporting, and Visualization tools - Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a delivery or operations environment - Strong project management background with expertise in planning, monitoring, and governance - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Experience in building or scaling Centers of Excellence (CoEs) is highly desirable Join ProcDNA's passionate team and be part of an innovative environment where your leadership skills and expertise in Managed Services will drive success and growth.,
