Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining KPMG in India, a professional services firm affiliated with KPMG International Limited. Established in August 1993, KPMG has a strong presence in India with offices in multiple cities. As a part of the team, you will provide services to national and international clients across various sectors. Your role will involve leveraging the global network of firms while being well-versed in local laws, regulations, and markets. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in financial reporting and accounting from a reputed organization, with a focus on accounting advisory, due diligence, and securities offering assignments - Sound technical knowledge with expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS, Indian GAAP - Strong domain knowledge and foundation in accounting skills - Practical understanding of finance function and financial reporting processes - Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI, and related regulatory requirements - Knowledge of financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective - Experience in financial reporting implications for M&A and group restructuring - Working knowledge of MS Office applications and exposure to ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, and Tally Qualifications Required: - CA/ACCA qualification Please note that this is an equal employment opportunity.,
