Req : 2+ Yrs Work Location : Mumbai (Bhandup) Max NP : Immediate Joiners are preferred Must Have Skills : ManageEngine Interested Candidates Share there CV on : vidhi.bhatti@comunus.in | 8591723284 Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ManageEngine Administrator with 23 years of hands-on experience in administering and maintaining ManageEngine suite of tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and optimization of various ManageEngine products, ensuring smooth IT operations and compliance with internal policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer, configure, and manage various ManageEngine products such as: a. ServiceDesk Plus b. Endpoint Central (formerly Desktop Central) c. OpManager d. ADManager Plus e. Patch Manager Plus 2. Handle user and role management, workflows, automation rules, and templates. 3. Monitor system performance, health, and patch compliance across endpoints. 4. Maintain asset inventory and ensure CMDB accuracy. 5. Schedule and manage regular patch deployment and software updates. 6. Generate and analyze dashboards, reports, and audit logs for management and compliance. 7. Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with ManageEngine support, and apply fixes/updates. 8. Work with IT and security teams to ensure tool configurations meet business and security requirements. 9. Support end-users and IT staff with issues related to ManageEngine tools. Required Skills: 1. 23 years of hands-on experience with the ManageEngine product suite. 2. Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, and endpoint management. 3. Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and patch management. 4. Experience with report building and automation within ManageEngine. 5. Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Batch, or similar) is a plus. 6.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. ManageEngine certifications (if any) would be an added advantage. 3. Prior experience working in mid to large-scale IT environments.
