Patch Manager Plus 2. Handle user and role management, workflows, automation rules, and templates. 3. Monitor system performance, health, and patch compliance across endpoints. 4. Generate and analyze dashboards, reports, and audit logs for management and compliance. 7. Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with ManageEngine support, and apply fixes/updates. 8. Required Skills: 1. 23 years of hands-on experience with the ManageEngine product suite. 2. Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL processes, and endpoint management. 3. Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and patch management. 4. Experience with report building and automation within ManageEngine. 5.
