Manage Engine Service Desk Plus

As a ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Engineer at Soffit, your role will involve the installation, configuration, deployment, and management of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus to ensure seamless IT service management for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and deploy ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus according to business requirements. - Customize workflows, automation, ticketing, and reporting features within the system. - Integrate ServiceDesk Plus with other ITSM tools and third-party applications. - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the application. - Optimize and fine-tune performance to enhance service delivery. - Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices. - Train end-users and IT teams on tool functionalities and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective implementation and support. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of hands-on experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. - Strong expertise in installation, configuration, and deployment of ITSM tools. - Good understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience in workflow automation, custom scripting, and report generation. - Familiarity with integrations using APIs, AD, and other IT tools. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and client interaction skills. In addition, certifications in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or ITIL would be a plus, and experience with other ManageEngine products like OpManager or ADManager would be advantageous.,
